Refund Eligibility

At Checkwriters Service, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the quality of our wildlife photography education programs.

Refunds are available for course enrollments under specific conditions. We evaluate each request individually based on timing, program completion status, and individual circumstances.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Verbal requests or requests made through third parties cannot be processed for security and documentation purposes.

Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within the first two weeks of program start may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative fees.

Medical Circumstances

Medical emergencies or health issues that prevent course completion may qualify for special consideration and potential full refunds.

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent access to course materials for extended periods, refunds may be available after troubleshooting attempts.

Course Changes

Significant changes to course content or schedule that materially affect your enrollment may qualify for refund consideration.

Payment Method Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for enrollment. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security purposes.

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. Bank transfers and ACH payments may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution.

For payments made via third-party services, additional processing time may be required. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
